IMPORTANT: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
We take your well-being very seriously. We are always extremely diligent in doing all we can to prevent unnecessary spread or exposure. It is part of our mission and commitment to educate, provide reassurance and protect the health and safety of our community.
What we know about the COVID-19 (Corona) Virus:
⦁ The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person between people who are in close contact with one another (within 6ft)
⦁ Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes
⦁ It may be possible that a person can contract COVID-19 by touching a surface or object which as the virus on it and then touching your own mouth, nose or possibly eyes, but this is not thought to be the main source of the spread of the virus
⦁ People are thought to be most contagious when they are most symptomatic (sickest)
⦁ Some spread might be possible before people show symptoms; there have been reports of this occurring with this new coronavirus, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads
⦁ The virus for most of us is similar to a “cold.” However, for individuals with underlying health problems it CAN be serious
⦁ FEVER COUGH SHORTNESS OF BREATH
⦁ Contact your primary care physician for any questions or treatment options
⦁ It is not necessary to seek medical care unless you have symptoms
